Mahajan’s call-up follows an impressive run in several significant age-group tournaments. He demonstrated his prowess in competitions such as the Cooch Behar Trophy (U-19), Vinoo Mankad Trophy, and CK Nayudu Trophy (U-23). Across these platforms, he amassed nearly 700 runs, which included an outstanding record of three centuries and three fifties at the U-19 level.
