One complainant from Sainik Colony in Jammu reported being approached by Sajad Ahmad Wani from Choudhary Enterprises Forum in Srinagar, who offered to install a kitchen at his home. A loan of Rs five lakh sanctioned by J&K Bank was transferred to the enterprise. However, the promised work remained unfulfilled despite multiple requests for progress updates.<\/p>\n
