Major causes include excessive exposure to heat, inadequate water intake, and strenuous physical activities.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The advisory also identifies vulnerable groups such as children, elderly persons, outdoor workers, and individuals suffering from health conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease, or thyroid disorders.
