He, accompanied by senior party leaders, garlanded Pt. Dogra&#8217;s portrait at the party office, emphasizing his enduring influence on the region.<\/p>\n<p>Senior BJP figures such as <strong>Sat Sharma<\/strong>, J&amp;K BJP President; <strong>Ashok Koul<\/strong>, General Secretary (Organization); <strong>Dr. Shehnaz Ganai<\/strong>, and <strong>Anwar Khan<\/strong> were also present to offer their floral tributes to this great leader.<\/p>\n<p>Tarun Chugh expressed profound respect for Pt. Dogra, calling him <em>\u201can institution of national integration and selfless service.\u201d<\/em> He elaborated on Pt. Dogra&#8217;s dedication to the principle of <em>\u2018Ek Vidhan, Ek Nishan, Ek Pradhan\u2019<\/em>, which continues to guide the BJP\u2019s ideology and mission today.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Chugh noted that the recent abrogation of <strong>Articles 370 and 35A<\/strong> by the Narendra Modi Government aligns with Pt.
