He announced that the government has eliminated over 40,000 compliance requirements and decriminalized more than a thousand laws. \u201cWe stand shoulder-to-shoulder with you,\u201d he emphasized to the assembled business leaders and traders.<\/p>\nAs the Make in India<\/strong> initiative celebrates its 11-year milestone, Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal commended the government’s strides in boosting indigenous defence production.<\/p>\n\u201cToday, the world recognizes India\u2019s robust defence manufacturing capabilities, reflective of the vision set forth by PM Modi and the success of the Make in India initiative<\/strong>,\u201d Goyal posted on X.<\/p>\nIn a parallel event, India successfully launched the Intermediate Range Agni-Prime Missile from a rail-based mobile launcher system, demonstrating the country’s advancements in defence technology.
