KULGAM, SEPTEMBER 20:<\/strong> Minister of Health and Medical Education, Sakeena Itoo, inaugurated the newly constructed Primary Health Centre (PHC) at Devsar, Kulgam, aimed at improving healthcare access for local residents.<\/p>\n

The event took place in the presence of MLA Devsar Peerzada Feroz Ahmad, senior officials from the district administration, health department, and a large number of locals, emphasizing a community-driven approach to health services.<\/p>\n

As she delivered her address, Minister Itoo highlighted the significance of the PHC in enhancing healthcare facilities within the area. She stated, \u201cThe new PHC will immensely benefit local residents by ensuring they have access to quality healthcare services nearby.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
