Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman<\/strong> called on India Inc to invest more and expand their capacities during a significant address at the IFQM Symposium<\/strong> on Thursday. By emphasizing the government’s commitment to creating a favorable business environment, she highlighted the ongoing push for economic growth in India.<\/p>\n

In her speech, Sitharaman detailed how the government has implemented reforms that meet industry expectations. She stressed that it\u2019s time for businesses to take action and invest in growth. “Today, I have a basket of things on which the government has delivered, and I hope there is no more hesitation for the industry to invest further,”<\/strong> she said.<\/p>\n

Sitharaman responded to questions from industry leaders, including N Chandrasekaran<\/strong>, Chairman of Tata Sons, about the steps the industry should take.
